Taman Tasik Taiping

 Assalamualaikum,

I went to Taman Tasik Taiping, Perak in the mid of June 2011.

After having a meeting and discussions at the construction site of the Double Track Project, I moved to Fleminggo Hotel, Taiping, Perak for overnight stay. Located at the site of Tasik Taiping or Taiping Lake, the hotel has serene view.

So many activities can be observed arround the lake. The sky was cloudy as i had to 'enhance' the photo using Photoshop....

Taman Rekreasi Gunung Lang

Assalamualaikum,

Just to share some photographs that I took 2 months ago.

I went to Taman Rekreasi Gunung Lang or Eagle Mount Recreational Park in Ipoh last June 2011. It is more of a limestone hills surrounding a beautiful lake. Not sure how that it get its name of Gunung Lang as the hills are not that high. 

Anyway, the scenery is beautiful and calm. Enjoy the view.

Children

Assalamualaikum,

I am back.... :) 

A lot of time spent on other activities; works, families, events, etc, that this blog seems to be abandoned for a while. Anyway thank you for waiting. 

Today, I would like to share some photos of children. Children are interesting subject to be photographed. They are spontaneous, full of emotions and energetic. Some children enjoyed being photographed. However, some would shy away upon noticing a lens pointing at them.

To get their emotions, I normally photographed children from far, using 55 - 250mm lens. Thus I am enable to have close up of them, doing their activities. However, this will limit my standpoint and perspectives. To have other angles (high or low angle), one would have to get close with them, in other words 'joint' their activities and involves with them.
