It is raining! Especially in the afternoon. It's hard to say whether we are in a rainy season or not as some days we experienced hot sunny days and the other days, raining heavily. And some days, we experienced hot sunny day in the morning, and rain and thunderstorm in the evening.
Located not far from the Equator Line, Malaysia experienced a lot of rain throughout the years from January to December. In the past decades(during the 80s and 90s), we might see a rainfall trend in which most of the rainfall occurred during the wet season from October to January. However, there is no distinctive trend to be seen nowadays. Based on observation of rainfall in 2011, the peaks of the rainfall trend were in April and August. However, we are yet to see the whole pattern till the end of 2011.
The chaotic trend of rainfall not only experienced in Malaysia, but also throughout the world. Thailand, for example is currently experiencing flood in Bangkok due to over-flow of Chao Praya River. Based on the news, the flood will only subside in the next 6 weeks.
While looking at the sky, let see what we can get for the camera.
Please enjoy the photos.
Thank you.
